Band Parent Raffle ticket pick up every Thursday from 8:30 - 9pm
(If band is at NHS pick is up by softball fields/gate 11. If band is at the stadium, pick up is outside stadium). We will have 2 booths this Friday outside the football game (GREAT time to grab tickets for your friends/family/neighbors)! Last Friday game was a HUGE success! Parent Laurels: Want to show some spirit at contests? For those parents interested
in purchasing a laurel (gold leaf headband....see laurel models in photo) We will be selling laurels at the Raffle Ticket Pick Up Table next Tuesday Sept 7th 5:30 - 6pm at the softball fields (near gate 11) AND Thursday Sept 9th 8:30 -9pm outside the stadium. Laurels are $3 each (CASH ONLY).

Sept Practice Volunteers
Prop Union: The Prop Union (self proclaimed most fun group in band) will have contest training for those parents willing to help get props on and off the field at contests. Meeting Wednesday Sept 8th 6pm in NHS band room. Field training Thursday Sept 9th & Friday Sept 10th for the last hour of practice.
Black & Gold Update:
We will have the volunteer sign up out as soon as possible. As you can imagine, COVID has made planning too far in advance a challenge. We are hesitant to set times/volunteer slots at this point as we all know things are VERY subject to change. We are keeping a close eye on things and should have sign ups out immediately following the Sept 11th contest...at the latest. This will give us a good picture of what other bands are doing and what modifications need to be made to our schedule. Please know we are VERY busy planning! Together we pulled off hosting a contest in 2020 and I’m VERY confident 2021 will be the best B&G EVER!
