While the news of the raffle ticket recall has me a little on edge this week, I feel confident that band parents can make this recall happen with military like precision! I've seen how many of you have stepped up, gone above and beyond and poured your love and time into our band. Together we can make this happen!
Highlights of the week:
Concert Band - Tux/Dress order forms are live! Due Sept 2nd
Jazz Band - Jazz Band Students wear all black and guys need a long white tie (girls can wear a long tie also if preferred). This will be the uniform for all jazz performances.
Marching Band - Sprit Wear Pick Up/Raffle Ticket Booth tonight (Thursday) 8-9pm in the north parking lot. Menu, football game, tailgate, etc...

Band parents, you may exchange tickets by bringing your black/gold tickets to any raffle booth for a quick and easy swap! We have new tickets (new color, new numbering system, new printing company, etc...) and are committed to making this right for our supporters! As we said in 2020 - We'll Carry On!
Concert Band

Tuxedo and Dress order forms can be found on the concert band page! All orders are due Sept 2nd, 2022 by 3pm.
Dress ordered through band dept is a long black dress with tie (can be a bow or knot) at the waist in the back. See adorable models in photo!
Clothing does not need to be ordered through the band dept, but from one parent to another - it saves a lot of headaches in shopping!

Middle School Choir:
Do you know a middle school choir student? The Marching Millers are looking for middle school music students that would like to perform as a choir with the Marching Millers in the 2022 Field Show, A Million Dreams. Please see our marching band page for additional info!

Food Update:
Hello from the food coordinator! The band boosters feed the students before football games, and our first game of the season is this Friday, August 19th. We will always post meal menus and food information the Wednesday before weekend events, so continue to check back here as the season goes on. As always, you are welcome to reach out with questions or concerns regarding food allergies or other food-related questions. Please see our policy on food allergies. Football Game Tailgate:
Join us in Tailgate Town pre game for food provided by the Noblesville Band Boosters and our tailgate chair Kelly Murray! Kelly is cooking up a special surprise! All band families welcome - starting at 5:30pm! Look for the Noblesville Band tents in the Tailgate Town lot (south of the stadium).
Transportation Fee:
Please send in your $50 transportation fee. This goes directly to Noblesville Schools NOT the Band Boosters (different than any other marching band fees). Transportation fee info & form can be found (guess where?) on the marching band page!
Black & Gold Ads (Fundraising Opportunity!):
You may purchase and SELL Black & Gold Ads for our 2022 Black & Gold Marching Band Invitational Program! Students earn 50% of all ads sold for student fundraising! This form can be found (yes, you guessed it) on our marching band page! All ads are due Sept 7th, 2022!

Keep an eye on our volunteer opportunities! Slots still available!
Practice volunteers couple of quick reminders: Please stay with the band until they have cleared the practice field, if possible walk out into the back drive and help deter traffic while the students are crossing from the field to the school. Make sure you have the black file box with the medical forms outside with you and that you are using the QR code to track all visits even if it's something simple like a band-aid. Senior parents
Senior parent spirit wear! Here is a fun way to represent your student at homecoming and Senior night (bonus you don't have to stress about what to wear). We need to have a minimum of 35 orders total to be able to get the great prices she has set up for us. This will be open until 8/29 and we would have back prior to homecoming. We will send out a notice when shirts are ready to be picked up at practice.
