Ben Davis Competition: Schedule, parking map & tickets:

TICKETS: $8 FOR ADULTS AND $5 FOR STUDENTS AND SENIOR CITIZENS Tickets can be pre-purchased at this web link: https://secure.payk12.com/school/bendavishs/613/events/206024 Tickets will also be available at the stadium ticket boxes. Electronic purchases are preferred. GATE 1: Ticket Sales Entrance. (Will accept cash and card purchases.) GATE 2: Pre-Sale Entrance. Please have your proof of purchase ready as you enter Gate 2.




Raffle: Our current pot is $15,865! Ticket pick up every Thursday evening 8:30 - 9pm at the stadium. Band Parents - Please set a goal to sell $100! I promise once you start selling, you'll realize how easy it is! This form makes selling easy (like Sunday morning) Ticket Sales Form


Marching Fees: Reminder fees are due Oct 1st. Look for a reminder from our treasurers in the next week regarding volunteer requirements and balance due! Email: Treasurer@Noblesvilleband.org with any financial questions.


Black & Gold Marching Competition: We are about a week away! Schedule, ticket info, etc.... will be posted soon! Alumni Event: We will be hosting our FIRST ever Alumni event next Friday evening on

the lower deck of the Boathouse Kitchen & Swan Dive on Morse! All band families welcome! Please share the flyer on your social media!


Marching Banquet: Banquet prep begins in about 1 week. If anyone wants to help but did not submit their name in the volunteer sheet they can email Lori Crosby purple5711@gmail.com


A Message From Our Food Coordinator: Please remember to drop off all food donations at the Donation Station by the uniform room in the band room. Cold/Hot food should be dropped off at the time of the meal. We do not have the means to deal with the food otherwise. We cannot use the School’s kitchen facilities for storing or preparing food due to the Health Code. Please also remember to bring what you sign up for as a donation. The students look forward to food (They are teens) and we count on them for our planning. If you cannot meet your obligation please let me (Erin Hammer) know. erin@hammergrip.tv


Parking/Pick Up: When picking up your student after practice, PLEASE find a parking spot. We have been asked by admin NOT to form a long line along the curb. Don't make Sonya play traffic cop!
