This is your registration form for the Noblesville Indoor Percussion 2024 -2025 winter season!

To make this official, please complete the following:

 

  • Fill out the form below & pay your NON REFUNDABLE $52 registration fee at sign up (NEW for 2024!). 

  • Attend the Nov. 13, 2024 MANDATORY PARENT/GUARDIAN MEETING. 7:15pm NHS Band Room

  • Turn in required forms - available at the parent meeting

    • Medical Forms

    • Handbook agreement signed by parent and student (copy of handbook can be found here.)

  • You will be invoiced for the remaining $1000 balance. Pay schedule can be found in the handbook. 

 

If you would like to register offline and pay by cash, check, OR need assistance with the registration fee contact Noblesville Band Booster Treasurer, Jacky Doke Treasurer@NoblesvilleBand.org for an alternative sign up.

Please be aware that of Spring Break schedule conflicts for 2025!

IPA State is scheduled for March 29, 2025 - first weekend kicking off Spring Break.

WGI Competition is scheduled for April 10 - 12, 2025 in Dayton, Ohio - last weekend before resuming school after Spring Break.

PRESS RELEASE

The marching band is photographed often for the community newspapers and school social media. Please check the box below to give permission for your child to be photographed for media release. If you decline, please submit a written document to Mr. Thornbury at eric_thornbury@nobl.k12.in.us.

SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE

Please list any dates you will not be here for rehearsals or performances.  Please keep in mind attendance determines your ability to participate in performances, and is up to the director's discretion.  Dates can be found on the Marching Band Home page.  You will still need to email your missing dates to Mr. Thornbury and Mr. Crossley when the season starts.

I understand that a student must be enrolled in a spring band class to participate in NIPE (Concert Band or guard class).

Students are liable for any damage to assigned uniform, equipment, or instruments.

FAMILY VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT

In order to make this a successful season and keep the fees down, we require each family to commit to the following:

  • 2 shifts at IPA Invitational hosted by NHS (per household) 

    • SATURDAY MARCH 15TH, 2025

    • Shifts are typically 2-4 hours depending on how many groups are participating.

  • All Volunteer opportunities will be posted on our website:

      • Help Wanted Section!

 

  • All volunteers supervising students must have a level 3 background check.

    • Yellow lanyards & name tags provided upon approved background check

I understand that Volunteering is necessary to help the band program be successful. Each band student’s parents/guardians are required to volunteer a minimum of 2 shifts at the IPA Invitational hosted by NHS on March 15th, 2025.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Enrolling and participating in competitions, programs, events, and activities (“Programs”) offered by or associated with NOBLESVILLE BAND BOOSTERS INC. (“Nonprofit”) comes with financial responsibilities which include dues, fees, and other related costs (“Charges”) all of which are part of a legally binding contract.  Charges will be assessed to your account, and you will receive notifications about this account through the email account supplied to Nonprofit. Make sure you understand your obligations by reading and acknowledging the financial agreement below.
