About the Role
The Noblesville Band Boosters are seeking a volunteer Fundraising Coordinator to help plan and manage our annual fundraising efforts for the 2026–2027 school year. This role plays a key part in supporting our students and ensuring our programs stay strong and accessible for all.
This position is a great fit for a new-to-band parent or a seasoned band veteran who enjoys organization, communication, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Primary Responsibilities
Organize fundraising events with outside vendors and coordinate dates with band directors
Collect order forms from band directors by required deadlines
Verify order totals and funds collected before submitting to the treasurer
Submit group orders to vendors and confirm delivery or pickup dates
Request volunteer sign-ups, when needed, through the Volunteer Coordinator for fundraiser distribution days
Provide a detailed spreadsheet to the treasurer listing student orders so fundraiser credits can be accurately applied to student accounts
