About the Role

The Noblesville Band Boosters are seeking a volunteer Fundraising Coordinator to help plan and manage our annual fundraising efforts for the 2026–2027 school year. This role plays a key part in supporting our students and ensuring our programs stay strong and accessible for all.

This position is a great fit for a new-to-band parent or a seasoned band veteran who enjoys organization, communication, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Organize fundraising events with outside vendors and coordinate dates with band directors

  • Collect order forms from band directors by required deadlines

  • Verify order totals and funds collected before submitting to the treasurer

  • Submit group orders to vendors and confirm delivery or pickup dates

  • Request volunteer sign-ups, when needed, through the Volunteer Coordinator for fundraiser distribution days

  • Provide a detailed spreadsheet to the treasurer listing student orders so fundraiser credits can be accurately applied to student accounts

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets

  • Clear and timely communicator

  • Enjoys collaborating with parents, directors, and vendors


Time Commitment

  • Seasonal, with increased activity around fundraiser dates

  • Flexible scheduling and strong support from the Boosters Board
