Wes Pendergrass
Ensemble Visual

Wesley Pendergrass of Bentonville, Arkansas, has spent more than two decades shaping visual productions across the United States and abroad. His design credits span the U.S., Japan, China, and Thailand, and include full program design, consultation, and staging and drill. His work ranges from small-town football fields to the activity’s most prestigious competitive stages.
Within WGI, Pendergrass’s influence reaches every class and division: A, Open, and World. His designs have contributed to 26 medals, including 13 WGI World Championship golds across Guard, Winds, and Percussion, a rare distinction encompassing all three disciplines.
In the marching band arena, his clients have earned appearances at BOA Grand National Finals and finalist placements at BOA Super Regionals in San Antonio, Indianapolis, Atlanta, and St. Louis. His work has also guided ensembles to USBands Championship Finals and numerous state championship finals nationwide, including UIL (TX), CBA (CO), KMEA (KY), NYSFBC (NY), KBA (KS), OBA (OK), ASBOA (AR), NSBA (NE), SCBDA (SC), MBA (MS), WBA (CA), ISSMA (IN), and FMBC (FL).
Beyond the marching arts, Wesley’s expertise visual design has extended to political inaugurations, Olympic Opening Ceremonies, and both the Summer and Winter X Games, projects that demand equal parts imagination, precision, and problem-solving.
